Liz is the owner of J.Clay Salon where she continues to work behind the chair, but she doesn't stop there... She continues to expand her knowledge of the hair industry by attending classes and hair shows to learn from the industry's best leaders. 

After 23 years of experience, Liz is skilled in anything when it comes to hair, but she specializes in curly/ textured, fine/ thinning, blonding hair services. 

When Liz isn't in her office or behind her chair, you can find her at the lake house with her husband or hanging with grand babies.

When we asked what his favorite thing about doing hair is, Paul responded, "I have the opportunity to fulfill my clients wants and make them feel good about themselves! And to me... that is extremely rewarding."We are all made better by him in our lives! Loyal, intelligent, passionate, worldly & handsome are just a few of the words we would use to describe him.

Christy has been with our salon from the very start, satisfying clients for close to 22 years! She enjoys putting a smile on each client's face and believes it shouldn’t be hard for them to style and manage their hair once they leave the salon. Her big laugh and fun personality bring so much joy to our salon!

She has two children and will soon be an empty nester. However, she can’t wait to get back to traveling, which she LOVES to do!

Aside from work, family, and travel, she has a lot of love for a good margarita!

When this fur mama isn’t taking care of Charlie and Dallas or enjoying life as a wife, she’s thriving in the hair world!

Six years ago, Morgan fell in love with people trusting her enough to transform their hair and become the best version of themselves. Thus, bringing out the “ Adventure” in her. She loves that her job is ever-changing as she quotes, “every time a client sits in my chair... they have a different story, a different need, and each become a special type of friend.. and that’s what I love most!”

She’s a woman of many talents and trades. Morgan is our extension, bridal hair & makeup specialist! So her weekends usually consist of traveling to enhance the most beautiful brides and their squad. Working hard on many weekends also gives her the perfect excuse for weekend getaways with the hubs for a tall glass of wine (or tequila). But if she could be anywhere in the world, it would be Disney. A busy woman can dream, right?

Master stylist, Bobbie Jo has been behind the chair for 16 years, but has been in the

industry for 18! She is a people person, an extrovert, FULL of energy, a wife and a mother to 5

vivacious children.

When Bobbie Jo isn't behind the chair, you can most likely find her working out, in the woods

hiking around or hanging out with a craft beer in her hand.

Bobbie says, “I love doing hair and making people look and feel beautiful/handsome. | get to take my clients hair goals/desires, create a vision together and paint it in my own artistic way."

Master stylist, Nicole is full of personality and has a passion for her craft. She has been a L’anza healing artist for 6 years and has been in the industry for 14 years.

Outside of work you can find Nicole watching her favorite movie, Dirty Dancing or spending a lot of time loving on her sweet baby girl, Birdi.

She also loves sewing, painting and does awesome digital illustrations.

She has been in the hair industry for 10 years and has loved every minute of it. Tiffany specializes in curly hair, fashion colors, and low-maintenance colors but is skilled in all cuts and colors.

In her free time, you can catch Tiffany loving on her fur babies and husband, keeping her plants alive, or maybe even reading Harry Potter again.

Helping people feel the best they can, building relationships with clients, and expressing creativity are just three of the MILLION reasons why Tiffany loves being a stylist.

When we asked Victoria why she loves her profession so much, the answer was simple - yet powerful, "I love my job because I can be creative and can continue to challenge myself all while making people feel better about themselves".

You'll never work a day in your life, if you spend your days doing what you love! Isn't that what the saying says? And not only does she love her job, she considers it one of her many hobbies! This blonde beauty is more than just talented behind the chair. She loves to spend her time outside of work by hitting the gym, sharing her hair talents with the local nursing homes & hanging out with friends and family back home, in Alabama.

OH; and she can SING! Like.. really sing. In fact, she once tried out for American Idol!

Her attention to client satisfaction and her willingness to literally give you the shirt off her back with a smile, is exactly why she is a great fit for our team. And when she isn"t humming your favorite song, her quick wit and sarcasm are sure to get you laughing!  We are so happy to have her here with us and we have no doubt you will see why after sitting in her chair, this chick is TALENTED!

Brielle loves ALL things hair, but she specializes in specialty curly cuts, color and learning, patience and sending a happy client out the door with a new look! Being in the beauty industry has always been her passion and something she loves to do.

Outside of her hobby of doing hair, Brielle likes spicing it up in the kitchen, spending time with her loved ones and is always down to try something new.

Reilly is anything but new to the hair world. After growing up in her mother's salon, she knew at an early age that she wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps of boosting others confidence and making their hair dreams come true.

With over four years of experience behind the stylist chair, she is taking the hair world by storm. Reilly is the sunshine of the salon with her bright, peppy, and cheerful personality. Her biggest hair tip: Do not go to bed with wet hair! Expect lots of exciting things to come from Reilly!

With 3 years of experience, Jeni has stepped out onto the salon floor full force and is doing some amazing work. Outside of her love for her clients, Jeni was also sure to answer this question by recognizing her work family - and we love her response.

"I really enjoy the people I work with the most. All the stylists are so willing to share and explain any techniques or tips they have discovered over their many years in the industry. They genuinely care about helping each other be the best stylist they can be and continuing education."

When it comes to travel she is definitely not the picky type. "Literally, anywhere!" were her exact words. Whether its the beach, a mountain cabin or even a local theme park or city, Jeni is there in a heart beat. But as a new homeowner, she really enjoys spending her time with her 5 year old fur baby, Ziira and doing home projects to transform her house into a home. 

As you can see there is a lot to love about this girl. Jeni is a vital asset to our team and is quick to do whatever necessary to ensure her clients are taken care of. We are so happy to be the ones behind her journey as a stylist here and look forward to all the happy faces and fantastic work she will be inventing here!

Mattie is our world traveler here at JClay. When she is not styling hair, she enjoys visiting NYC, Paris, and Italy. On her off-days she loves listening to her favorite artists (Radiohead or Lana Del Rey), or kicking back and watching her favorite movie: Moonstruck. She is a huge fan of layers in hair and helping clients reach their goals of vibrant colors, balayage, and foils.
